HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply select the desired model on the product page, then click on the "Add to cart" button and follow the simple steps to finalize your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders from our store are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. For international orders, transit takes an additional 1-2 weeks.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK.

It can take 1-2 days for tracking numbers to appear in the carrier's system. Sometimes the courier loses an order. If after a few days the tracking number still doesn't work, contact the carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit takes an additional 1-2 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days (domestic) and 15 working days (international), please contact us for immediate assistance.
