Refund policy

Although we always want our products to work as intended, a problem does occur in a very small percentage of cases. We're very sorry if this happens, but sometimes items supplied directly by the manufacturer don't work properly. In short, neither you nor Bilmano could have done anything to avoid this problem.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the terms and conditions, including contact details, are usually printed on the packaging. If you cannot find them, or if the warranty is provided by Bilmano and not by the manufacturer, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information.

Returns are authorized if Bilmano receives the request within 30 calendar days of delivery. All returns must reach Bilmano in their entirety (original packaging and contents) within 14 calendar days of the return. Bilmano will cover the cost of returning any damaged or defective products.

To request warranty information or a return for a defective item, please contact us with a description of the damage/defect and include photos of the product to expedite the return process.

Refunds for defective or damaged products will be made once Bilmano has received the item. If upon inspection, the product is found to be free of defects, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refundable amount, along with a 15% restocking fee.

EXCHANGE NOTICE / NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


We generally offer a 30-day return policy, but please note that due to their nature, some items cannot be returned. This will be indicated on the product page. Do not open the product if you do not intend to keep the item purchased. All returns must be complete (with all original packaging and contents) and in working order. They must arrive at Bilmano within 14 calendar days of return authorization; prior authorization is required within 30 days of delivery.

In the event of a change of return notice, the shipping costs of the original order will not be credited and the costs of returning the item will not be covered.

Refunds will be issued in the event of a change of mind once Bilmano has received the item. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds for change of mind to our partners will be issued once the customer has contacted our support team to inform us that the package has been shipped and the returned item has been scanned for return to Bilmano.

Access the online returns form with your order number and invoice code.
Select the items you wish to return and tell us why you wish to return them.
Print a shipping label (you are responsible for the return).
Pack the items.
Drop them off at a UPS collection point.
